Contact Area Visualization

Contact Area Visualization is a radiographic interpretation technique that specifically enables the depiction and assessment of proximal tooth surfaces at their points of contact in bitewing radiography, distinguishing itself from other diagnostic methods by focusing on the precise localization and morphological evaluation of interproximal interfaces to detect caries, restorative margins, and anatomical continuity.
