Constructive Trust Claims is a legal doctrine in marital property law that functions as an equitable remedy whereby a court imposes a fiduciary relationship on property ownership to prevent unjust enrichment when one spouse has, through inequitable conduct, obtained legal title to property that fairly belongs to the marital estate or the other spouse.
