Constraint-based Threading
Constraint-Based Threading is a protein threading method that integrates experimentally derived or predicted structural constraints—such as distance bounds, contact preferences, or dihedral angle limits—into the alignment process to restrict the space of possible fold assignments and guide the selection of the optimal structural template.
