Concurrent Conditions is a type of condition precedent in contract law wherein the obligations of the parties are mutually dependent and intended to be performed simultaneously, distinguished from sequential or independent conditions by the requirement that neither party’s duty to perform arises until the other is ready, willing, and able to fulfill their corresponding obligation at the same time.
