Compress Relaying

Compress Relaying is a cooperative communication strategy in which a relay node, belonging to the class of relaying techniques in wireless networks, forwards a compressed version of the received signal—rather than the original message or a fully decoded version—to the destination, distinguished by its use of distributed source coding to limit the rate of transmitted side information while preserving signal fidelity.
