Composite Free Flaps

Composite Free Flaps is a surgical reconstruction technique involving the transfer of multiple tissue types—including skin, muscle, bone, and vasculature—as a single vascularized unit from a donor site to a distant recipient site, distinguished by its integration of structurally and functionally diverse tissues within a single flap to restore complex anatomical defects.
