A Complete Hydatidiform Mole is a type of gestational trophoblastic disease characterized by the abnormal proliferation of trophoblastic tissue in which the chorionic villi become hydropic and form grape-like clusters, resulting from the fertilization of an empty ovum by one or two sperm, leading to a diploid karyotype of paternal origin only.
