Collaborative Performance Creation is a theatrical methodology in which performers, researchers, and community participants co-develop performance material through iterative, relational processes that integrate ethnographic inquiry with embodied artistic practice, distinguishing it from scripted or director-led forms by its emphasis on shared authorship and emergent, context-specific knowledge.
