Cold Lateral Compaction
Cold Lateral Compaction is a root canal obturation technique that involves the insertion of a gutta-percha master cone followed by the lateral placement of spreaders to create space for additional gutta-percha increments, distinguishing it from other filling methods by its use of room-temperature materials and sequential lateral condensation to achieve dense three-dimensional filling of the prepared root canal system.
