Cloud Radar Observations

Cloud Radar Observations is a remote sensing methodology that employs ground-based or airborne radar systems operating at microwave frequencies to detect and characterize the vertical distribution, microphysical properties, and dynamical structure of cloud hydrometeors, with a particular sensitivity to the spatial and temporal evolution of mixed-phase cloud layers.
