Citizen-driven Policy Making

Citizen-Driven Policy Making is a policy development paradigm in which the agenda-setting, formulation, and refinement of public policies are initiated and substantively shaped by active citizen participation through structured, often digital, deliberative mechanisms, distinguishing it from expert-driven or government-led approaches by centering citizen input as the primary source of policy direction.
