Charged Cyclodextrin Derivatives is a class of chemically modified cyclodextrins in which ionic functional groups are covalently attached to the hydroxyl moieties of the cyclodextrin scaffold, thereby conferring a net positive or negative charge that enhances solubility, molecular recognition, and binding affinity in aqueous environments.
