Cellular Blue Nevus

Cellular Blue Nevus is a distinct variant of dermal melanocytic nevus characterized by a predominance of densely packed, pigmented dendritic melanocytes with a tendency for deep dermal and subcutaneous extension, differentiating it from the more common blue nevus by its increased cellularity, architectural complexity, and potential for clinical and histopathological overlap with malignant melanoma.
