Cavitating Propeller Performance

Cavitating Propeller Performance is a propulsion performance metric that characterizes the hydrodynamic efficiency and noise generation of a marine propeller operating under cavitating conditions, distinguishing it from non-cavitating performance metrics by explicitly accounting for the effects of vapor cavity formation and collapse on thrust, torque, and radiated noise.
