Cabinet Formation

Cabinet Formation is a constitutional and political process in executive politics whereby a country’s head of government selects and appoints ministers to constitute the executive cabinet, distinguishing it from other forms of executive organization by its focus on the structured assembly of ministerial portfolios and inter-party negotiation in parliamentary and semi-presidential systems.
