Buy-side Exits

Buy-Side Exits is an exit strategy in which a acquiring firm, typically a strategic buyer or private equity entity, purchases a stake or the entirety of a target company to integrate or manage it within its own portfolio, distinguishing it from sell-side or public exit routes by emphasizing internal consolidation and long-term value extraction.
