Burnable Poison Analysis

Burnable Poison Analysis is a computational and theoretical framework within reactor lattice physics that specifically models the spatial and temporal behavior of neutron-absorbing materials intentionally incorporated into nuclear fuel assemblies to control initial core reactivity and flatten power distribution, distinguished by its focus on the depletion dynamics and reactivity compensation effects of these materials over the fuel cycle.
