Browsewrap Agreements
Browsewrap Agreement is a type of electronic contract in which the terms and conditions are made available via a hyperlink on a website, requiring the user’s continued use of the site as implicit acceptance without an explicit manifestation of assent, thereby distinguishing it from clickwrap agreements that necessitate affirmative action.
