Brownian Motion Analysis
Brownian Motion Analysis is a methodological framework within optical tweezers research that characterizes the stochastic dynamics of trapped micro- and nanoparticles by quantifying their random thermal displacements in a fluid medium, thereby enabling the extraction of physical parameters such as diffusion coefficients, trap stiffness, and viscoelastic properties of the surrounding environment.
