Brillouin Flow

Brillouin Flow is a theoretical model of steady-state electron or ion beam propagation in a magnetized plasma, distinguished by the condition of maximum azimuthal space-charge-limited current in which the applied magnetic field is strong enough to induce rigid-rotor equilibrium and complete charge neutralization under uniform rotation.
