Brazing
Brazing is a joining process in which dissimilar or similar materials are joined by means of a molten filler metal that wets and flows via capillary action into the interface of closely fitted surfaces without melting the base materials, distinguishing it from fusion welding and enabling high-integrity joints at temperatures below the melting points of the substrates.
