Bottom-up Fabrication

Bottom-Up Fabrication is a nanoscale manufacturing paradigm in which complex structures and devices are constructed hierarchically by assembling atomic or molecular constituents through controlled chemical, physical, or biological processes, distinguished from top-down approaches by its reliance on self-assembly and intrinsic material properties to achieve functional integration at the nanoscale.
