Borderlands Masculinity is a theoretical framework within Chicano Masculinity Studies that articulates the construction of male identity at the intersection of cultural, geographic, and linguistic borders, distinguished by its emphasis on hybridity, resistance to fixed national and gendered norms, and the lived experiences of Chicano men navigating liminal social spaces.
