Bootstrap P-values

Bootstrap P-Values is a statistical metric in phylogenetics that quantifies the confidence level of a phylogenetic tree's branching patterns by measuring the proportion of bootstrap replicate samples in which a given clade is recovered, thereby distinguishing it from alternative measures of clade support through its reliance on resampling frequency as an estimate of repeatability.
