Beryllium Armor

Beryllium Armor is a plasma-facing material system in fusion reactor first wall engineering that consists of beryllium-based components designed to protect underlying structures from high-heat fluxes and particle bombardment while leveraging beryllium’s low atomic number and high thermal conductivity to minimize plasma contamination and enhance operational stability.
