Backbone-dependent Rotamers

Backbone-Dependent Rotamers is a computational model in structural biology that predicts the preferred side-chain conformations of amino acids in proteins based on the local backbone dihedral angles, thereby accounting for the conformational dependence of side-chain rotameric states on backbone geometry.
