Attack Tree Analysis

Attack Tree Analysis is a structured qualitative method in threat modeling that represents potential attack pathways in a hierarchical tree format, where the root node denotes the attacker's objective and child nodes represent the various means by which that objective may be achieved, thereby enabling systematic evaluation of system vulnerabilities and security countermeasures.
