Arm Pull Mechanics

Arm Pull Mechanics is a biomechanical construct that characterizes the coordinated movement patterns and force application of the upper limbs during the propulsive phase of swimming strokes, distinguishing it from other components of swimming kinematics by its focus on the generation and optimization of thrust through specific anatomical and temporal sequencing of the arm motion.
