Architectural Distortion Evaluation

Architectural Distortion Evaluation is a diagnostic methodology in breast imaging that identifies and assesses disruptions in the normal parenchymal tissue pattern without a definable mass, distinguishing it from other lesion types by its reliance on structural anomalies such as spiculations, focal retraction, or distortion of the breast architecture in the absence of a circumscribed neoplasm.
