Arch Length Stability
Arch Length Stability is a dental orthodontic construct that refers to the maintenance of the cumulative linear distance along the dental arch from one first molar through the anterior segment to the contralateral first molar following orthodontic treatment, distinguishing it from other post-treatment stability measures by specifically quantifying dimensional integrity in the anterior curvature and intercanine/canine-to-molar relationships over time.
