Appurtenant Servitudes

Appurtenant Servitudes is a type of easement that benefits a particular piece of land, known as the dominant tenement, by granting its owner the right to use or restrict the use of another’s land, known as the servient tenement, where the right is inseparably attached to the ownership of the dominant tenement and transfers automatically with it.
