Application Efficiency

Application Efficiency is a metric within irrigation engineering that quantifies the ratio of the volume of water stored in the root zone and available for plant use to the total volume of water applied, distinguishing it from other efficiency measures by focusing specifically on the effectiveness of water delivery and retention at the field level.
