Annular Combustors

Annular Combustor is a continuous, ring-shaped combustion chamber in gas turbine engines that, unlike can or cannular configurations, provides a compact and aerodynamically efficient design by enclosing the turbine shaft axis in a single annular chamber where fuel and air are mixed and combusted circumferentially.
