Allosteric Surface Modulation

Allosteric Surface Modulation is a computational and experimental strategy in enzyme surface engineering that involves the targeted modification of spatially distinct surface residues to regulate catalytic activity through long-range conformational changes, thereby enabling remote control of enzyme function without direct intervention at the active site.
