Alkyl Cross-coupling

Alkyl Cross-Coupling is a type of transition metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction in which an alkyl electrophile or nucleophile is coupled with a distinct coupling partner to form a new carbon–carbon bond, distinguished from aryl- or vinyl-based cross-coupling reactions by the involvement of sp³-hybridized alkyl frameworks that present unique challenges in reactivity and stereocontrol.
