Agroforestry Adoption
Agroforestry Adoption is a socio-technical process in which smallholder farmers, particularly women and marginalized genders, integrate trees into agricultural systems through the uptake of agroforestry practices, distinguished from other land-use changes by its intentional combination of agricultural and forestry components to enhance ecological, economic, and gender-equitable outcomes within rural development contexts.
