Aggregate Testing
Aggregate Testing is a statistical method in rare variant analysis that belongs to the class of gene-based or region-based association tests, distinguished by its strategy of aggregating rare variants within a functional unit (such as a gene or pathway) and testing the collective effect of these variants on a phenotype, rather than assessing each variant individually.
