Aerosol Backscatter Profiling

Aerosol Backscatter Profiling is a lidar remote sensing technique that quantifies the vertical distribution of atmospheric aerosols by measuring the wavelength-dependent backscattered light intensity as a function of altitude, differentiating it from other profiling methods through its specific sensitivity to particulate matter optical properties.
