Actinide Redistribution
Actinide Redistribution is the phenomenon of spatial migration and relocalization of actinide elements within nuclear fuel matrices during irradiation or post-irradiation cooling, distinguished from other fission product behaviors by its dependence on actinide solubility limits, oxide phase segregation, and interactions with fuel microstructure evolution under thermal and radiation gradients.
