Accrual Allocation

Accrual Allocation is a method in accounting between co-owners that systematically assigns income, expenses, or cash flow rights to individual owners based on their proportional economic interests or agreed-upon profit-and-loss-sharing ratios, rather than on cash receipts or payments, to reflect accrual-basis accounting principles.
