Access To Information

Access to Information is a principle of comparative administrative law that establishes an enforceable right of individuals and the public to obtain, inspect, and receive copies of official documents and data held by public authorities, subject only to narrowly defined legal limitations, as a means of ensuring governmental transparency, accountability, and participation.
