Absorbance Quantification
Absorbance Quantification is a metric within the field of absorption spectroscopy that specifies the degree to which a sample absorbs incident radiation at a given wavelength by relating the intensity of transmitted light to the initial intensity through a logarithmic ratio, thereby enabling the determination of analyte concentration based on Beer-Lambert law principles.
