Abduction Concealment is a theoretical construct within the domain of return proceedings that denotes the deliberate suppression or withholding of evidence, information, or procedural transparency through which the act of abduction is obscured, thereby distinguishing it from overt forms of forced return by its reliance on secrecy and institutional opacity.
