Interface inflammation after laser in situ keratomileusis

Abstract

Post-LASIK interface inflammation may be caused by debris on the microkeratome blade, although other sources are possible. The interface debris and inflammation can be reduced or eliminated by cleaning the microkeratome blade before use.
