Ophthalmic examination and conjunctival bacteriologic culture results from a herd of North American bison

Abstract

Corneal abnormalities were the most frequently identified ocular lesions in bison. Bacterial flora of the conjunctiva and ocular characteristics were similar to those reported for cattle.
