Meningioma with subdural hematoma.

Abstract

A subfrontal meningioma which presented by development of a subdural hematoma is reported. The tumor was detected by cerebral angiography and radionucleotide flow study and was subtotally excised. The relationship between meningioma and subdural hemorrhage is discussed.
