Abstract

Coexistence of Inflammatory Fibroid Polyp with Crohn's disease causing obstructive ileus could be the first manifestation of the disease. The combination of the two disorders corroborates the reparative character of the lesion. Nevertheless, the exact etiopathogenetic relationship between the two entities remains obscure.
