Color Doppler ultrasonography in the differentiation of uterine sarcomas from uterine leiomyomas.

Abstract

These results suggest that the intratumoral RI detected by color and pulsed Doppler ultrasonography in themselves could be poor for the preoperative differential diagnosis of uterine sarcoma.
