[Determination of the best diagnostic criteria of sacroiliitis with MRI].

Abstract

This study confirms the excellent positive predictive value of MRI for an early diagnosis of active sacroiliitis. Bone marrow edema seems to be a more pertinent sign than intra articular enhancement.
