Analyses of Colorado coals

Abstract

The twentieth of a series on coal analyses gives analytical data showing the composition and quality of the coals of the state, description of the geologic structure of the coal basins, typical mining conditions in the different districts, and principal economic data of the industry. Salient facts regarding the occurrence, reserves, quality, characteristics, production, and uses of the coals of the state are reported.
